How do you price a Project?
By scope, not by hour. Work and date agreed up front, then billed monthly across the build — or yearly, for 20% less.
What happens if the scope changes?
We say it early. New work gets its own number and its own date — nothing lands on the invoice as a surprise.
How long before we launch?
Most projects run 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Fast, but never rushed.
Do we need a Partner retainer after launch?
No. We build it so your team can run it without us. Partner is for brands with a roadmap, not a safety net.
Who’s actually doing the work?
The people on the Discovery call. Strategy, design and engineering, one team — no handover to a junior bench.
